First off, we would like to thank you for playing with Atlanta Sport and Social Club. We love seeing you out on the field or on the court, and know not getting to play over the last few weeks is tough. It hasn’t been easy on any of us - like many small businesses, we’ve had to make deep cuts including furloughing all full time staff and halting work for our 80+ part timers so we can open the doors when we emerge from this crisis.

Winter 2020 Leagues:

While we initially had hoped that we would get you back out to finish your league, with the current shelter-in-place orders from the city and state, along with recommendations from the CDC that just isn’t possible. 
 

Here is what we will be doing for particiants in unfinished Winter Leagues:

• We will be creating pro-rated gift cards for missed games ($10 per game missed). You will receive a separate email with your Gift Card Code - these funds can be applied to any future ASSC league through May 2021. We will email you your gift card and redemption instructions over the next 1-2 weeks. Please bear with us - we are working through a high volume of requests with limited staff and will get you the details as soon as we can!
• If you would like to donate your prorated amount to your League Ambasador, Referee or Official, please email us back and we will present them with the funds from your league. 

Spring 2020 Leagues:

Based on the recent stay at home orders from the City and State authorities, we’re now working towards a late April/early May timeframe to resume our Spring 2020 leagues. All payment and registration deadlines have been adjusted accordingly. We are looking forward to kicking off / resuming the season as soon as we get the green light and rest assured that we’ll be ready to play again when you are. 

Summer 2020 League Registration:

We also have a limited number of our summer season leagues open for registration. If you would like to pre-reserve your spot, you can now do so with NO DOWN PAYMENT or DEPOSIT. Team deposits won’t be due until May 1st, 2020..

We understand that in today’s environment getting off the couch and socializing (whether with teammates, friends and even rivals) is an important part of your routine. Our mission at Atlanta Sport and Social Club is to be the highlight of your week - I believe that our mission is even more important in times like this.
