Role: League Ambassador



  • Oversee referees and ensure fair play
  • Set up and break down fields
  • Address on-site customer service matters
  • Enforce league rules
  • Prepare injury reports
  • Promote and educate the community about ASSC leagues, events, and services
  • Represent ASSC brand identity
  • Resolve in-game issues
  • Capture lifestyle content for #PLAYINTHEATL
  • Assist with equipment logistics
  • Work flexible weekend shifts
  • Act as an emergency cover for other league ambassadors


Role: Manager On Duty (MOD)


Weeknight MOD Responsibilities 

  • Attend the first night of any league.
  • Attend playoff events.
  • Drop off any needed league equipment/shirts to different locations
  • Check-in with new League Ambassadors.
  • Inform League Ambassadors that you are the MOD for the evening.
  • Ensure scores are recorded for the day.
  • Be on call to handle any weather-related inquiries, messages on Slack, and Zendesk inquiries after 5:00 PM.
  • Be responsible for contacting all staff, facilities, players, and referees in case of cancellations.
  • Be ready to cover for any absent League Ambassadors.
  • Typically work from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, but some nights may require working later or finishing earlier.


Weekend MOD Responsibilities:
The Weekend MOD responsibilities include all of the above with adjusted hours for daytime leagues. The 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM time frame is the general schedule, but please note that the hours may differ depending on the specific league needs.
The Weekend MOD position requires flexibility and a commitment to being on-site to oversee league activities and ensure everything runs smoothly during your assigned shifts.


*Pay for a Manager on Duty is a higher rate than a normal league ambassador due to greater commitment and a higher level of responsibilities.

  • Passion for Atlanta and ASSC
  • Willing to learn multiple sports


Details for both roles:

  • Up to 20 hours per week
  • Shifts may be up to 9 hours, typically 3-6 hours
  • Locations and responsibilities vary
