League Manager: Open Interviews Wednesdays 3:00-4:00 at 260 Howard Street NE Unit 1 Atlant, GA 30317

Our League Managers are the foundation of our sports leagues here at ASSC! They are the eyes and ears at our facilities and ensure all league games run smoothly. We are currently looking for responsible, reliable, and outgoing individuals to act as League Ambassadors for Atlanta sport and Social Club.

General Responsibilities: 

-Oversee and evaluate referees

-Setup and breakdown fields 

-Handle on-site customer service issues

-Enforce league rules and regulations

-Prepare injury report

-May be responsible for multiple fields at a time*

-Promoting and educating fellow ATLiens on all Atlanta Sport and Social Club (ASSC) sports leagues, events, activities, and services.

-Distribute print material & communicate with ATLiens regarding ASSC services, events, and sports leagues. (When necessary)

-Represent the brand of ASSC in all matters as 

-Resolving any in-game issues

-Must be familiar with multiple sports or be able to learn 

-Alert office staff of any problems before/during/after games

-Capture lifestyle content of what it is like to #PLAYINTHEATL (photos,videos, social shares, Tik Tok, etc) 

-Pick up and drop off necessary league equipment, possibly from other league ambassadors

-Work on weekends as needed for dropping off equipment, picking up shifts, and helping with other duties as needed from the office

-Act as an emergency cover for other brand ambassadors

 

Required Qualifications:

-18 years of age or older

-MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS- 

-Flexibility hours is ideal

-Timeliness

-Professionalism

-Knowledge of sports rules

-Ability to handle emotional situations

-Leadership skills

-Enthusiastic & positive energy

-Excellent communication skills, outgoing and sociable

-Approachable, friendly and comfortable interacting in group settings

-Ability to work individually as well as part of a team

-Knowledgeable about all things ASSC and passionate about Atlanta

 

Expected 

-up to 20 hours a week

-Must work weekends  (At least saturday or sunday)

-Shift times can be up to 9 hours most are 3-6 hours, will be assigned BY the Office staff

-Responsibilities and shift times vary depending on location 

-You may have to work multiple locations in one day, possibly have multiple sports equipment

-Must have excellent communication through slack

-Must have a reliable transportation

Event Staff:

We couldn’t do it without our event staff! If you have a passion for putting people first and making it happen, this could be the job for you! As event staff, you help set up, tear down, and produce events alongside our full time staff.

  • Producing events alongside ASSC full time staff

  • Alert full time staff of any problem before/during/after events

Brand Ambassador:

Do you love ATL? Want to earn some extra cash while getting to see all that Atlanta has to offer?  Looking for a unique and fun side gig? As a Brand ambassador, you help set up leagues and let prospective players know what ASSC has to offer!

General Responsibilities 

-Live outside of the box. Have no comfort zone!

-Promoting and educating fellow ATLiens on all Atlanta Sport and Social Club (ASSC) sports leagues, events, activities, and services.
