🤸🏽Atlanta Field Day is a throwback to grade school, built with adults (21+) in mind. We've got all the classic events like tug of war, relay races, obstacle courses, etc. - plus some crazy new games and some surprises throughout the day. Teams will earn points in each event to add up to your total for the day. After the conclusion of the awards ceremony, be sure to stick around for a soccer-themed after party!
Will your team have what it takes to take home the King of the Field title? Grab some friends, start your team (8 or more people), and gear up for the competition of the Summer!
**Pricing is listed per person at 8 person teams. Minimum team is 8 and pricing remains the same for team** You have the ability to add additional roster slots for $45 per person.
Event details and schedule:
CHECK IN:
Team Captains need to visit the registration check-in tent on the corner of the Skatepark Field to pick up the teams playing schedule, rosters, and participant wristbands. Check-in will begin at 11:00am, and all teams must be checked in by 11:45am or scoring may be affected.
PARKING
There extremely limited street parking in the surrounding neighborhoods near the park. We highly encourage carpooling. Better yet, take a Lyft or an Uber! There is also access to the park from the Beltline so walking is also encouraged!
FOOD & BEVERAGE
* There is no outside alcohol permitted at the event. *
Bring a water bottle to refill at the Player’s Lounge. Food will be available to purchase from food trucks, and the bar opens at 12pm. Credit card payments are highly encouraged.
THE GAMES
Each game station will have a copy of the rules and Game Official to explain those rules, participation requirements, and to take your score. Scores can be viewed at: www.fielddaysocres.com
WHAT TO WEAR
It’s Atlanta in May, so it’s going to be hot out! Sunscreen, Sneakers (no cleats allowed), Shorts & T-shirts/Tanks are recommended. Also, please be prepared to get a little wet. Team costumes are strongly encouraged! Don’t forget we are awarding prizes for Team Spirit/Best Costumes.
PRIZES
-- King of the Field – The team with the most points at the end of the day will take home the King of the Field title and trophy.
-- Team Spirit – The team that is the most spirited with the best costumes will receive the Team Spirit award! This award will be given to the team voted most spirited by the event volunteers and staff. Prizes include complimentary registration to and Atlanta Sport and Social Club league, sponsored swag bags, and other prizes!
